Volunteers must be at least 15 years of age or older and in high school needing volunteer hours to participate in the Hall of Horrors. Volunteers under the age of 18 must have signed permission from a parent or legal guardian and must be present to sign in and out. All volunteers must sign our wavier of liability to participate, regardless of age. After completing the form on this page, print and complete the Volunteer Waiver.
